How Do You Use Sunbreeze Essential Oil?

In our home we call Sunbreeze Essential Oil our 911 oil because we use it for so many different things.  I use it so often I keep a bottle of Sunbreeze Oil in my medicine cabinet, another one on my bedside table, and another in my purse.

Here are our top 7 uses for Sunbreeze Essential Oil in our family:

1.  Sore, achy joints and muscles.  We massage a few drops onto our sore muscles, it’s like a massage in a bottle.

2.  Nausea, carsickness.  My youngest gets carsick often so whenever that happens she puts a drop of Sunbreeze on her tongue.

3. Headaches. I massage a drop onto my temples and my forehead whenever I have a headache and it is very soothing.

4.  Stuffy nose/sinus congestion.  A dab of Sunbreeze Oil under your nose is wonderful when you have sinus congestion.

5.  Sore throat.  I like to put a drop on my tongue or a drop on hot tea to help soothe a sore throat.

6.  Burns.  If I burn myself on the stove or curling iron, I reach for Sunbreeze away and apply a few drops on my burn.

7.  Anxiety.  I put a drop on the palm of my hand, rub my hands together, cup them over my nose and take several deeps breaths for stress relief.
