3 Drinks We Buy Out And Think Are Good For Us But That Could Be Making Us Chubby?

Three drinks that we buy out and think are good for us but that that could actually be making us chubby….

When it comes to weight gain or weight loss, what we are drinking is just as important as what we eat. Don’t you think?

Let’s make a Calli Mint Mojito Mocktail

My sister came up with the most delicious mocktail using Calli Tea in the mint flavor.  I love that it’s plant based and a zero calorie drink I can enjoy.  Give it a try and let me know what you think!

Calli Mint Mojito 

You’ll need:

1 cup warm water

1 Calli Tea Mint flavor

Sunnydew stevia

1/2 a lime

2 fresh mint leaves

Club soda

1. Steep 1 Mint Calli Tea bag in 1 cup of warm water for 5 minutes. 

2.  In a glass muddle w mint leaves and 1/2 a lime with a wooden spoon.

3.  Pour in 1 cup of Calli Mint tea into the glass.

4.  Add in 12 drops of Sunnydew stevia. 

5.  Pour in a splash of club soda.

6.  Stir with a straw.  Add ice.  Enjoy!

Check Out My Delicious Vitashake Smoothie I Made

I got my Sunrider products delivered yesterday. Right to my doorstep, such a luxury! :)
Here's what I got:
2 Boxes Fortune Delight Tea ,
1 Box Calli Tea
1 Box Strawberry Vitashake so I can have some live nutrition in my life.

Look at what I made this morning:










It was a new recipe I tried out.

1/2 Packet Strawberry Vitashake
1/2 frozen banana
5 oz Vanilla Almond Milk
2 drops Stevia Sweetener

I put it all in the blender and buzzed away. It only took a minute to make this and it was so good... and filling! 14 fruits & veggies plus my vitamins and minerals and protein. I actually heard my body say, "Thank you Sunny". Ha! My body likes good nutrition! :)
