I read this the other day and it made me laugh. But the truth is, I feel like when I turned 40, everything shifted. My weight for one thing... I gained another 10 lbs.... still working on that little by little. Also my hormones... or what I call “the crazies”. Mood swings, feeling grumpy, being annoyed at my husband more than usual 😜, anxiety, panic attacks.
So I started making some major changes in my life at 40. I completely cut out caffeine, started exercising 6 days a week (30 min walks or rides on my stationary bike).
