I had never tried a sheet mask before, but my sister put one on me awhile back and I’ve been hooked ever since and do a sheet mask once or twice a week now.  You just put it on for 10 to 20 minutes and relax… it feels so good when it’s on and my skin has never been so

Make snack time one less thing to worry about.

If you’re really trying to choose healthier snack options and stay out of the chips and crackers aisle at the grocery store, like I am…




I never used to make very good decisions when it came to snacking. My favorite snacks included potato chips, crackers, cookies, and all that other processed food that leaves you feeling even hungrier than when you began snacking.  


But when I wanted to lose that extra 20 pounds, I started thinking more seriously about the way I was snacking.


I found a snack on my weight loss journey that is non negotiable around here now.  It’s called Nuplus and it’s a mix of 14 fruits, veggies, and plants that you can add to shakes, smoothies, or make cookie dough snacks with.  In less than 30 seconds I can get more serious nutrition than I would get in a meal that would take me hours to prepare. 


Now snack time is one less thing for me to worry about. 😊


 Two snack options for me now?













1.  If I have a couple of minutes, I put Nuplus in a blender along with a splash of juice, water, frozen fruits and Greek yogurt to made a delicious smoothie.




2.  I make these chocolate chip cookie dough bites with Nuplus, peanut butter, and few other ingredients to take on the go with me.  


 I look at it as my snack time as more of a treat. But the mixture of all the fruits and veggies makes my body happy too.
