My Grandma's Nuplus Shake

Why We Started A Healthy Fast Food Store...

When my husband and I first got married almost 6 years ago, we were eating out for almost every meal... lots of fast food, lots of junk food mostly because of convenience. In-A-Rush Nuplus Shake

6 oz of Orange Juice or your favorite juice
2 oz of water
1 packet Nuplus

Put ingredients into a shaker bottle and shake it up, drink it down.


Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

1 packet Nuplus
1 cup of frozen Strawberries (or mixed berries)
1 cup of Milk
Sunnectar Stevia to sweeten
*Add all ingredients to blender to make a delicious smoothie. Makes a great breakfast!

Banana Peach Smoothie

Peach Juice
1/2 Frozen Banana
Sunnectar Stevia to sweeten
Handful of ice

Out of my Sunrider!

I ran out of my Nuplus last week and, wow, I can really tell a difference when I'm not taking it. I notice that at work I don't have very much energy at all and also I've been craving more junk food because I'm not getting all those 14 Chinese fruits and veggies first thing in the morning. That really shows what a good dose of nutrition does for you. Have you ever noticed that if you eat something junky for breakfast, like pancakes or a donut, that you eat bad for the whole day? At least I do. I think it's because my body is craving nutrition so it never feels full. That's why I think it's so important to drink my shake in the morning, I need good nourishment!








So this time I ordered a big box of Strawberry Vitashake instead of the Nuplus. I think it's the better deal because 1 packet of Vitashake equals 1 1/2 packets of Nuplus.
