How Do You Use Sunbreeze Essential Oil?

In our home we call Sunbreeze Essential Oil our 911 oil because we use it for so many different things.  I use it so often I keep a bottle of Sunbreeze Oil in my medicine cabinet, another one on my bedside table, and another in my purse.

Here are our top 7 uses for Sunbreeze Essential Oil in our family:

1.  Sore, achy joints and muscles.  We massage a few drops onto our sore muscles, it’s like a massage in a bottle.

2.  Nausea, carsickness.  My youngest gets carsick often so whenever that happens she puts a drop of Sunbreeze on her tongue.

3. Headaches. I massage a drop onto my temples and my forehead whenever I have a headache and it is very soothing.

4.  Stuffy nose/sinus congestion.  A dab of Sunbreeze Oil under your nose is wonderful when you have sinus congestion.

5.  Sore throat.  I like to put a drop on my tongue or a drop on hot tea to help soothe a sore throat.

6.  Burns.  If I burn myself on the stove or curling iron, I reach for Sunbreeze away and apply a few drops on my burn.

7.  Anxiety.  I put a drop on the palm of my hand, rub my hands together, cup them over my nose and take several deeps breaths for stress relief.

Sunbreeze Oil Hack

Sunbreeze Oil hack for those of you with Show Packs?  My hairstylist sister Emily does this when shampooing her clients at work and taught me this one...

Keep your bottle in the shower so when it’s time to wash your hair you can add a few drops of Sunbreeze  to your handful of shampoo and enjoy a soothing scalp massage.

Adding Sunbreeze into your shampoo when washing your hair will help increase circulation to create a healthy scalp, is wonderful aromatherapy to balance your mind, and feels like a relaxing scalp massage. Especially soothing if you have a headache.

But remember to keep the Sunbreeze away from your eyes or you’ll feel like your eyes are getting an icy massage too. 😂

A single bottle of Sunbreeze Oil comes in our Show Pack along with a bottle of Fruit and Veggie Rinse and a 10 pack of Lemon Fortune Delight Tea.  Right now you get two freebies when you order the Show Pack... a tote bag and a shaker bottle.

Sunbreeze Oil also comes in a 6 pack box.

Why Sunbreeze Oil is the only essential oil I ever need.

I’ve had several people ask me if I market essential oils and the answer is YES!  The company I market products for, Sunrider, has been making an essential oil called Sunbreeze Oil since 1982.  And I just love it!  Honestly it’s the only essential oil I need and use.  I used it on all my clients when I worked as a #massagetherapist and they loved it so much, they would buy a bottle to take home with them.

I call it my 911 oil because there are so many things I use it for.  Achy neck and shoulder muscles.  Headaches.  Pain in joints and muscles.  Nausea.  Stress relief.  Sunburns. Coughs.  Allergies.  Stuffy noses.  Burns from my curling iron.  I don’t know what I would do without it!

Sunbreeze Essential Oil is a Chinese essential oil for people with achy shoulder and neck muscles and headaches who want something natural for pain relief. My clients love it because it's made from 100% pure and natural ingredients, no chemicals. Made from the essential oils of flowers and herbs, including Cassia Oil (chinese cinnamon) and Mint Extract, and it is super concentrated.

Well, right now I'm getting ready to order my monthly supply of Sunbreeze Essential Oil. Sunbreeze Oil is the most popular product that I sell- hands down.

I keep my Sunbreeze Oil and Calli Tea Handy During Cold and Flu Season!

Cold Season is here which means lots of stuffy noses and sore throats! When I have a cold, I make sure to have my Sunbreeze handy. It really helps get me through!

Stuffy nose? I rub a drop of Sunbreeze Oil on my palms, rub my hands together, cup them over my nose and breath in deeply. If this doesn't clear your sinuses, I don't think anything will! :)

Chest Congestion? When my husband got sick last year, the cold went into his chest and he was starting to cough alot. So he rubbed Sunbreeze Oil on his chest which seemed to soothe it.
Sore throat? Put a drop of Sunbreeze into a cup of hot tea and drink. It feels so good on your sore throat.

The Hot Tea I Choose- Calli Tea

In our home, my husband and I love herbal teas. Just before bed, brewing and sharing a fragrant pot of Calli Tea, a cleansing tea, is our nightly ritual. We enjoy sitting and relaxing over a comforting cup of Calli and talking about our plans for the next day.

Why have we chosen Calli Tea? Well, for thousands of years the Asian cultures have consumed large quantities of green tea to cleanse and to be healthy. It would be difficult to drink enough green tea to actually enjoy the health benefits. However, Calli Tea is very concentrated, which makes it different than other teas. It's concentration makes it rare and unique.

Because Calli is so concentrated, one little tea bag makes a full pot (8 - 12 cups) of hot or iced tea.
Would you like to try Calli Tea and see if you love it as much as I do?

Calli Tea Prices: *Comes in Regular, Mint, & Cinnamon flavors.

I wrote in a previous post about Sunbreeze Oil about how this essential oil is a great product for people who have a stiff neck and tight achy shoulder muscles, like I used to have. I started thinking, though, and I know what goes on my skin goes in my body. So I wanted to know what's really in Sunbreeze Oil...

What's in Sunbreeze Oil? 5 natural ingredients... menthol, camphor, cassia, mint extract, eucalyptus. You can easily recognize menthol and camphor from their minty smell.

What's out? Sunbreeze does not contain man made ingredients, chemicals, or synthetic aromas.

100% pure and natural ingredients.

I made a video and found out that not all Essential Oils and Pain Relieving Gels are the same. Click to watch MY YouTube Video

Sunbreeze Oil

Have you tried Sunbreeze Oil yet?

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I'm introducing a product for people who have a stiff neck and tight achy shoulder muscles, like I used to have...

Before using this product I always had constant pain in my neck and shoulders which made me grouchy and tired. I know what I put on my skin, goes in my body, so I was looking for something natural.

My Massage Therapist told me about this Chinese Essential Oil she was having success with, so I gave it a try and it worked. The pain in my neck and shoulders felt soothed... naturally, no drugs. Now I use this natural Chinese Essential Oil on all of my clients.

The reason I used Sunbreeze Oil on my clients as opposed to another brand? Natural ingredients.
I know that what you put on your skin goes into your body. Other oils and balms say to contact poison control if swallowed because of all the chemicals added.

Sunbreeze Oil is different because it's 100% pure and natural ingredients, no chemicals! It is made from the essential oils of flowers and herbs, including Cassia Oil (chinese cinnamon) and Mint Extract, and it is super concentrated.

Have you seen the YouTube Video I made yet?Click here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cet3nJHq3sM

Why Do I call it My "911 Oil"?

I use it for so many other things besides achy muscles. This is great to have around the house, especially if you have kids!
-Sunburns: I add a few drops to lotion and spread it all over my sunburn

-Carsickness/nausea: I put a drop under my tongue.
-Headaches: I rub it on my temples..
-PMS Cramps
-Sore Throat: I put a drop in my hot tea
-Sinus Congestion: Seriously, if this Oil doesn't clear your sinuses, nothing will!
-Bad Breath:I put a drop in my mouth for fresh breath.
-Burns: I apply it whenever I burn myself cooking (which is alot!)

-Insect Bites: My cousin's son got stung by a wasp on Wednesday! We put it on the bite.

-Natural Air Freshener: I add Sunbreeze Oil and Water to a spray bottle and use it as a natural air freshener, no chemicals.
