Raspberry Fortune Delight Style Lemonade

In the summertime, I'm always reaching for some kind of ice cold drink. This summer however, I'm determined to lay off the usual sodas and high calorie sugary drinks. So yesterday I made myself a cold glass of Raspberry Fortune Delight Style Lemonade and it was delicious!

I love that because I add Fortune Delight powdered beverage, that I'm actually drinking plants, fruits, and herbs. Nothing's better than live enzymes and healthy antioxidants!

My Raspberry Lemonade Recipe (actually my mom came up with it!)

In a shaker bottle, combine

*1/2 packet of Raspberry Fortune Delight
*3 oz of Trader Joe's Organic Lemonade,
*4 drops of Sunectar Stevia

Shake until Fortune Delight powder has been dissolved. Add 10 oz of Cold Water. Pour over ice and serve.

*Makes 2 servings of Raspberry Lemonade. Only 23 calories per serving!

Why We Started A Healthy Fast Food Store...

When my husband and I first got married almost 6 years ago, we were eating out for almost every meal... lots of fast food, lots of junk food mostly because of convenience. But I knew that a diet of junk food grows a junk body. I'm not a "health nut" yet, but I do care about keeping us healthy and alive. What's more important than that? Nothing, for me. So we started eating Sunrider's healthy fast food, and it's made a difference in our health and energy.

I thought I'd share a couple of my favorite Nuplus Shake and Smoothie Recipes. Because to me, my daily nutrition has to be delicious!

In-A-Rush Nuplus Shake

6 oz of Orange Juice or your favorite juice
2 oz of water
1 packet Nuplus

Put ingredients into a shaker bottle and shake it up, drink it down.


Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

1 packet Nuplus
1 cup of frozen Strawberries (or mixed berries)
1 cup of Milk
Sunnectar Stevia to sweeten
*Add all ingredients to blender to make a delicious smoothie. Makes a great breakfast!

Banana Peach Smoothie

Peach Juice
1/2 Frozen Banana
Sunnectar Stevia to sweeten
Handful of ice
